Lost Tablet

Your Lyric Pad licence is actually held in your google play wallet, not on a particular device.
This means if you lost your tablet and bought a new one you can log into google play with your existing google play account and install lyric pad without having to re-purchase.

The bigger issue is your lyricpad data. I strongly recommend you keep a backup of this data.
